INNOVATIVE TEACHING MODEL

Being innovative is about looking beyond what we do currently. It is identifying the great idea of tomorrow and putting them into practice. It is a way finding out the different possibility and widening the horizon of current knowledge. The learners motivated through game; students responded very well to the discourses that were conducted in the class to an extent it was successful.

 17/01/2022 MONDAY Reached the school at 9:30am. This was the first day of the week. I took an ICT class. Students enjoyed the class very much. They were interested to see things than hearing things. So, I added more interesting features to my slide. I took advice from the option teacher and prepared for the class. The classroom experience made me more confident, and it will help me to improve my teaching method. After the last bell at 12:45pm went to my home. 18/01/2022 TUESDAY I reached the school at 9:30am and signed the attendance register. I went to the classroom at 10:30am and had an informal talk with the students. With the proper advice from the option teacher, I prepared for the class. It helped me to add more information to my slide. Students keenly attended my class. They actively participated and gave responses to my questions. After that I conducted the diagnostic test. WEEKLY REFLECTION 1st WEEK (10/01/2022-15/01/2022)

10/01/2022 MONDAY First day of first phase teaching practice. Reached the school at 9:30am and signed the attendance register. Due to the pandemic situation the classes were till 12:45pm. We already collected the portions to teach and prepared the lesson plans. Covid precautions were strictly followed during the teaching. I went to the class at 10:00 am and after having an informal talk I taught the students. After the last bell at 12:45pm I went to my home. 11/01/2022 TUESDAY I reached the school on time, signed the attendance register a and went to the staffroom. Today I had to take the second hour English class at 8th standard. I taught the poem. Asked the students to form groups and gave them a space to share their ideas in groups. After the last bell at 12:45pm I went to my home. 12/01/2022 WEDNESDAY I reached the school at 9:45am and signed the attendance register. Then waited for the fourth hour of the day.
